The guard petals are an important part of the rose, protecting it from harm as its flower opens and blooms. The guard petals help to protect the integrity of the buds during packing and transit.

To reveal the perfect bloom, gently pull off and discard two or three outermost petals which are the guard petals. It is normal for petals to be slightly creased or discoloured.

Fresh cut flowers will naturally last 3 to 5 days.

We take care of our flowers like you would. From the moment they arrive with us, we make sure they're in the best possible condition and get them to you as soon as possible. But please understand there might always be slight markings. The actual colour tone of flowers and plants may differ slightly from the image. Yes,the gift message will be printed on a card and included with your order. The message box will appear during the checkout process.

Upon the successful confirmation of your initial message for the recipient’s card, in the event that you wish to adjust or modify the contents of the card, it is important to note that a revision fee of $20 will be charged for each individual alteration made. Therefore, it is advisable to thoroughly review the content and details of the message cards prior to confirming them, in order to mitigate the need for subsequent revisions and the associated fees.

Our drivers will wait for a maximum of 5 minutes if no one is present to accept the delivery. In the event that the recipient is not around, we will leave it at a designated safe place. Otherwise, we can redeliver again with a redelivery fee of $20.

Ordering Policy


Same Day Delivery
We provide same day deliveries for orders confirmed before 1:00 PM, please kindly contact us before confirming your order. Orders placed from 1:00 PM onward are delivered the following day or any other day as selected by the customer on the cart page.

Your order will be acknowledged via email confirming your details if you enter a correct email address, on the understanding that delivery is subject to availability. You will also be issued an order reference number for any future correspondence. 

Amendments to Order
Any changes to your order including delivery date and time has to be made known at least 12 hours before the date of delivery or collection, so that your changes can be taken into account before the order is made and delivered. We reserve the right to reject any change if your request is made less than 12 hours before the date of delivery or collection. 

 

Payment Methods


All prices are calculated and charged in SGD.

Online Order
We accept MasterCard, VISA, American Express and PayPal. Instalment Plans is available at Atome & Shopback.

Offline Order
We accept payment by Paynow to UEN. Please WhatsApp or call us at +65 8600 6488. 

Corporate & Events Order
For all corporate and event contracts, payment must be made within 30 days of receipt of the invoice.

 

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Request

All cancellation requests are submitted 24 hours before the requested delivery date and time. A Cancellation fee of 50% of purchase price will be imposed. For cancellation requests received less than 24 Hours before the delivery time slot, no refund will be issued.
