Refund & Replacement
All goods sold are non-refundable once delivered.

However, If you are unsatisfied with the floral arrangement or consumables that you receive, you should report your case within 12 hours upon delivery due to the perishable nature of our products. Your case is subjected to a mandatory review and investigation process by our Support Team. To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

Damages & Issues 
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Flower Availability & Substitution
Due to the nature of our trade, all products are subject to availability. In the event of any supply difficulties or we haven’t received enough from our growers and do not meet our high quality standards, we reserve the right, at our absolute discretion, to substitute any product with an alternate product of a similar style and equivalent/greater value and quality. We will do our utmost to preserve the same style and aesthetic as the original.

Valentine's Day (12 - 15 February)
Due to the large number of orders created over Valentine’s Day period, and to ensure a smooth delivery service, we are not able to make any changes or cancellations to orders from the 12th to the 15th of February, after the 11th of February. We are unable to guarantee any timed delivery requests over the Valentine's Day Period. Orders will be delivered by 5 pm to businesses and by 10 pm to residential addresses.
