Shipping Policy

Delivery Fee
Delivery is FREE from 10 morning to 6 pm. An additional surcharge of $10 will be applicable for delivery schedules after 6pm.

An additional surcharge for order with delivery to Marina Bay Sands, Sentosa, Jurong Island and restricted airline and cargo areas such as Airport Cargo Complex and Airline Road is $5.00. Due to security regulations imposed by these areas (other than Sentosa), we will require you to apply for the special delivery pass for our driver to make the delivery.

With the current pandemic restrictions in place, it is important to take into account that not all hospitals may allow deliveries on premises. To ensure a successful delivery, we recommend you reach out to them and if it’s possible for us to drop off your order. We will not be responsible for any failed deliveries and a surcharge may apply for redelivery.

For self-collection, it will be available from 10am to 6pm, daily at our Studio.

Delivery Time Slots
Our delivery starts at 10am daily inclusive of public holidays.
3 time slots are provided:

a) 10am to 1pm
b) 2pm - 6pm
c) 6pm - 9pm

Although we offer a number of options for time slots, we are unable to accommodate specific requests for delivery other than within these delivery times.

Failed Delivery
If delivery fails due to inaccurate information provided by the buyer. A redelivery fee of $20 will be applicable.

Please ensure that the recipient’s address is correct and that someone is available to receive the gift. If delivery fails due to inaccurate information provided by the buyer or the recipient is not present, it will be returned to the office and arranged for another delivery date and time. A redelivery fee of $20 will be applicable.

In the event that the recipient is not around, we will leave it at a designated safe place.

Force Majure
We will not be liable or responsible for any failure to perform, or delay in performance of, any of our obligations that are caused by events outside our reasonable control such as adverse weather conditions. Although we try our best to deliver on time, we seek your understanding for delays caused by events that are beyond our control.
