Self-collection is available daily from 1 pm to 6 pm.

Self-Collection Time Slots
Our self-collection starts at 1 pm.
5 time slots are available for self-collection:

a) 1pm - 2pm
b) 2pm - 3pm
c) 3pm - 4pm
d) 4pm - 5pm
c) 5pm - 6pm

While we offer multiple time slots, we are unable to accommodate requests outside of these specified windows.

Failed Pickup
Please ensure all details provided are accurate and that someone is available to receive the gift.
If the pickup attempt fails because of incorrect information or the recipient is not present, the item will be discarded, and a new order will be required.

Force Majure
We will not be liable or responsible for any failure to perform, or delay in performance of, any of our obligations that are caused by events outside our reasonable control such as adverse weather conditions. Although we try our best to deliver on time, we seek your understanding for delays caused by events that are beyond our control.
